HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THE IDEA FOR UNSTUCK?
Cindy and Lauren got to know each other while playing tennis in the spring of 2020. We started talking about our respective businesses and soon discussed the possibility of collaborating somehow, once we realized how much our values of helping people were aligned. Regular planning calls began while we were quarantined...and Unstuck was born!

IS IT OKAY IF I DON'T LIVE IN CONNECTICUT?
It depends. Even though we live in CT (Woodbridge and Orange), when Unstuck is held online, you can participate from anywhere! We've been joined by participants from CT, MD, NJ, NY and CA! Just watch the time zone:)

For in-person Unstuck cohorts, you may want to live a bit closer.
WHAT IS YOUR PERSPECTIVE ON CONFIDENTIALITY?
We take confidentiality seriously and want participants to feel comfortable sharing their vulnerabilities. Everything shared in an Unstuck session is confidential.
DO YOU OFFER UNSTUCK FOR MEN?
One day we definitely hope to offer Unstuck for men, or hold a mixed gender group. But for now, Unstuck is for anyone identifying as female.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unstuck: Since space is limited to just six people, we ask that you only register if you are sure you will be able to participate. However, if something unforeseen comes up and you are no longer able to join us, we are happy to enroll you in a subsequent session.

The Unstuck agreement asks you to commit to all three sessions. It's better for group dynamics...and you won't want to miss anything!

I'M READY TO GET UNSTUCK ! HOW DO I REGISTER?
The next cohort of Unstuck will be held at the JCC of Greater New Haven, but you need not be a member to participate. Three consecutive weekly sessions will meet from 11:00AM - 12:30PM on October 11, 2023. Register here.

IS THERE A COST TO PARTICIPATE IN UNSTUCK?
The registration fee for Unstuck is $75, however the upcoming session at the JCC is $49 for JCC members ($79 for nonmembers). This cost reflects our combined experience and expertise and ensures that participants "have some skin in the game." Unstuck proceeds are donated to a local charity, decided upon by Unstuck participants. Previous recipients include Massaro Community Farm, New Haven Reads, DoTerra Healing Hands, and Dignity Grows. 100% of proceeds from the upcoming session will be donated to the JCC.
HOW CAN IÂ HOST UNSTUCK AT MY BUSINESS?
We love supporting businesses in town. Unstuck venue criteria include a business or organization that is convenient to the Bethany/Orange/Woodbridge area, is closed to the public during our evening sessions, and has room for nine people to converse comfortably.

CAN I BRING UNSTUCK OR UNSTUCK MINIÂ TO MY PLACE OF WORK, NONPROFIT, OR PRIVATE GROUP?
Yes! We enjoy working with groups to bring Unstuck or Unstuck Mini to different settings and organizations. Please reach out to either one of us to learn more.
